The organizer of the event, Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner, who in 2018 was ranked as one of the “Top 30” German economists by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and belongs to the “Top 40 under 40” – a ranking by the German business magazine Capital, is a man that does not need an introduction in the German Crypto circles. Head of the Blockchain Center at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, he is also a professor of Zigurat’s Global Master’s in Blockchain Technologies. In his comment to Zigurat, he expressed hope that the event also serves as a platform where people of the same field can get to know each other better and do business there, as has been the case of the previous editions. The fact that the conference takes place already the second time this year reflects the interest in this type of gathering.
