Bruno Mota is an Associate Director at Assystem (UK) and Lean Manager at SIPPRO, with extensive experience in implementing Lean Construction and supporting digital transformation in complex projects. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from UFC, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and pursued a Master's in Construction Management and Economics at NORIE – UFRGS.
In addition to his professional roles, Bruno serves as the Director of the International Master's in Construction Project Management at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, teaching programs in both English and Portuguese. His expertise spans Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM), areas where he has made significant contributions through publications and lectures.
In 2024, Bruno was recognized as the Global Project Controls Professional of the Year at the Project Controls Expo Awards for his contributions to the HS2 project, a major infrastructure initiative in the UK aimed at improving rail connectivity and capacity between London, the Midlands, and the north of England.
