The last 10 years James has worked exclusively in the infrastructure sector for both consultants (AECOM) and Tier 1 contractors (Kier & Skanska). James is the Founder of Digital Convergence Solutions, a business that focuses on leveling language and accessibility around the technology landscape which is often seen as barriers to change and digital transformation; ensuring that all of the benefits are realized, not just some.
