Mohamed Abdelaal is a PhD qualified Civil Engineer, with over 17 years in the construction and engineering fields across the Airports, Rails, Roads, Infrastructure, Water and Building sectors.
He is a project control manager for one of the major infrastructure projects in Europe.
He is also a MCIOB member and PMP certified with experience in practical project management, project controls, planning and cost engineering across multiple sectors.
Mohamed holds a BSc in Engineering Management and is technically skilled in a wide range of project planning and controls systems and tools. He also has extensive experience in delay analysis using the impacted as-planned, as-built and window analysis.
He has experience performing a variety of project management roles across construction, rail and highways sectors. His impressive academic and professional qualifications complement his knowledge of engineering and project delivery with the Lean approach.
