Civil Engineer graduated from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. Post - Graduation in Security, Hygiene and Health at Work. Post-Graduation in Quality, Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility Management Systems, LEAN MANAGEMENT and Strategic Management Certified Trainer by IQF since the year 2000 and Certified Auditor.
His professional career began in 1985 in the area of civil construction and public works where he performed functions of Preparation Technician, Responsible for Production and Quality Control of Concrete, Construction Management, as well as Consultant and Trainer in the Technical Area and Quality, in several companies.
From 2000 to 2016, he held the position of Quality, Safety and Environment Manager and in the last three years he worked with the implementation of LEAN KAIZEN methodologies in the management of one of the largest construction companies. Today he performs various functions in the areas of training, auditing and consulting related to Quality, Safety and Environment, LEAN KAIZEN. He is Auditor Coordinator of Certifying Entities.
