Rania Abdelfattah Aboalroce

Digital Delivery Director at Orascom Development Holding, developing and implementing digital delivery by using digital technologies to optimize coordination processes and improve collaboration among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Previously, I served as Head of the BIM Department at Cosmos Consultant, with 16 years of experience.

Cosmos is considered one of the largest consultancy firms specializing in industrial projects. I was responsible for transforming the company from traditional processes to BIM processes. I have participated in educational initiatives at both national and international levels, including Egyptian and international universities. I have delivered numerous lectures, talks, and workshops on the successful implementation of BIM in the construction industry in Egypt.

In addition to her role at Orascom Development Holding, Rania Abdelfattah Aboalroce is a professor in the Master’s in Global BIM Management (in English) at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology.

Her experience in implementing digital technologies in construction makes her a leader in the industry, promoting the adoption of innovative methodologies to optimize efficiency and collaboration in projects.
