Reme Egea Pastor is the General Director of Proformación S.L., a Trainer specialized in Leadership Skills and Team Management, Blogger, Speaker, and author of the book “Remote Leadership (and/or in-person)”.
She helps executives, entrepreneurs, and middle managers develop the full potential of their teams. She works with clients from various sectors (Ford Motor Company, Consum, BP, Acciona, AMEX, Chocolates Valor, Schneider Electric, etc.), which has allowed her to develop highly effective team leadership methods. She also collaborates with various Business Schools, Chambers of Commerce, and Professional Associations.
She holds a Diploma in Physical Education Teaching and a degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia, as well as a Master’s in Developmental Behavioral Modelling (DBM).
In addition to her role as General Director of Proformación S.L., Reme Egea Pastor is a professor in the Master’s in Construction Project Management at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, where she shares her expertise in leadership and team management with professionals in the construction sector.
