Robin Weninger
Robin Weninger is a globally recognized educator, advisor, and investor, focusing on the implications of exponential technologies, such as blockchain, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence, on organizational structures, businesses, and society. He is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of the venture capital and advisory company Njordis, and the corporate education company Global Institute of Leadership and Technology (GILT).
He is also the Initiator and Managing Director of the Global Blockchain Initiative (GBI). Robin holds several advisory board mandates for organizations in the educational and tech industry, including ZIGURAT Innovation and Technology Business School, the Blockchain Founders Group, among other tech companies, and a variety of projects under the umbrella of the European Commission. His latest publications include an essay on the importance of education for organizations in the book Philosophy@Work published by Unbound and a chapter on business model development and validation in the book Digital Entrepreneurship published by Springer and read by over 200,000 people.
In addition to his roles at Njordis and GILT, Robin serves on the faculty boards of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, the University of Barcelona, and the EU Business School in Geneva, reflecting his dedication to education and leadership development.
His commitment to advancing blockchain education is evident through the Global Blockchain Initiative (GBI), which, since its launch in 2021, has rolled out a blockchain certificate course benefiting over 6,000 students across 137 countries.
Robin is also a sought-after speaker, having delivered over 200 lectures and workshops in 30 countries, presenting the design principles of an infinite organization to diverse audiences, including business magnates, senior executives, and governmental representatives.
His series "Leadership in Times of Uncertainty" and his initiatives on "The Infinite Organisation" have positioned him as a thought leader in the domain of leadership and technology.
Robin's academic background includes studies at the International School of Management and Regent’s University. He currently resides in Frankfurt, Germany, where he continues to influence the intersection of technology and leadership on a global scale.
