Rogelio Carballo is an architect from the Technical School of Architecture of A Coruña and a founding partner of arc+s arquitectura, where he develops projects for new construction, rehabilitation, and public works. A user of Archicad since 1997, he has collaborated with Graphisoft Spain, providing Archicad training for students and professionals. He is a member of edilicaBIM, a company that supports professionals and businesses in the AECO sector in adopting BIM methodology and digital transformation processes. Additionally, he is a founding member of the BIMrras podcast, which promotes the BIM methodology and digital transformation in the AECO sector. As CTO of BIM Job Offers, he focuses on job alerts related to technology in the AECO sector, especially for BIM profiles. He has participated in BIM training programs for the Official College of Architects of Galicia and, along with his colleagues at BIMrras, has coordinated guBIM Galicia since 2018.
In addition to his work at arc+s arquitectura, Rogelio is a professor in the International Master’s in BIM Management at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, where he shares his expertise in BIM and digital transformation with professionals worldwide.
His commitment to sharing knowledge has led him to participate in various events and conferences, including the live recording of the BIMrras podcast at the Lugo Delegation of the Official College of Architects of Galicia.
His active participation in the BIM community is reflected in his work with platforms such as BIMrras, where he and his colleagues discuss topics related to Building Information Modeling, digital transformation, and technology applied to the construction sector.
