In fact, his company, Arqgen, develops software based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms and Generative Architecture, which optimizes architectural and urban planning projects, drastically reducing time and costs compared to traditional methods.

Before founding Arqgen, Thomas gained experience at various architectural firms in Brazil, such as Bacco Architects. Additionally, he led a consultancy firm called Lab for Architectural Singularity (LAS), which helped architecture and engineering firms automate their processes using parametric and BIM approaches.
In the academic field, Thomas is a professor at the ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, where he teaches courses on artificial intelligence applied to construction. He has also served as a lecturer in postgraduate programs at the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR).
