Washington Lücke holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Science from the Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN/RJ), a degree in Fortification and Construction Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME/RJ), a Master’s in Structures and Civil Construction from the University of Brasília (UnB/DF), and an MBA in Corporate Governance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/DF).
He currently serves as the Executive Coordinator of the Parliamentary Front for the Defense of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) System at the Chamber of Deputies in Brasília and as Rapporteur for the Working Group of the Special Study Commission of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards for Building Information Modeling for Infrastructure.
With a strong academic background and a distinguished professional career, Washington has led key initiatives for the implementation and standardization of the BIM methodology in Brazil, promoting its adoption in infrastructure projects nationwide.
His experience in engineering and construction, combined with his expertise in corporate governance, has enabled him to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between public and private sectors, facilitating the creation of public policies that foster innovation and efficiency in the construction industry.
Additionally, Washington has actively participated in conferences and seminars, sharing his expertise and contributing to the development of technical standards aimed at improving the quality and sustainability of infrastructure projects in the country.
